Ending on 5U covers both forward roll with an auto timed meaty and 31 frames of blockstun, and wakeup/rollback as seen in the video. Can also hold block and watch your opponent to punish any wakeup options as even on a forward roll, you have enough time to IAD an air normal from the 5U meaty hit.
